Aligning with Senjawa’s first article titled “Holopis Kuntul Baris,” which metaphorically suggests the image of herons flying in a straight line, symbolizing people working together harmoniously towards a common goal, we have partnered with Biru Berbagi to take this concept further. We created upcycled jerseys from Biru Berbagi, stitched together with our waste of fine batik tulis, as fine batik tulis has high margin errors, by the hands of a young artist from Bandung, Labib Santika (FeelFlow). By stitching our values together, we’re hoping to give new hope and new life to the community and the heritage.
